**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead multi-threaded social media campaigns through paid, organic and employee advocacy channels and guide customer through buying journeys
- Help develop, provide training, and deliver social media playbooks, standard methodologies, and case studies
- Regularly provide channel strategy insights, findings, and recommendations to leadership and business partners via training, meetings and reference documents
- Educate our business partners on new social media capabilities and relevant opportunities in areas like influencer marketing, employee advocacy, blogging, and social tool/platform usage
- Triage, manage and track business partner requests and project briefs
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (including documentation) for net new or ongoing processes such as social listening and content publishing across social media channels
- Discover efficiencies and areas of opportunities focusing on optimizing our relationship with the scientific community within organic or paid social execution
- Conceptualise and deliver multi-media campaigns using data-driven decisions to engage current and potential customers across various social media platforms
- Help develop road maps and content calendars for internal team and business partners as needed
- Stay up to date with social media and digital media advancements, identify emerging channel trends, and pilot innovative social campaigns to help discover relevant growth opportunities for the company
- Lead creative/concept testing across social media channels
- Establish measurement of key performance indicators to provide business partners with reliable reporting, and new insights for campaign optimization
- Act as a community manager online by engaging in conversations with customers and potential customers in the science community
- Provide direction, guidance, training and support/feedback to Social Operations Team to help establish a culture of operational excellence
- Leverage employees, potential key opinion leaders (KOLs), and brand advocates and harness their reach and influence to communicate key messages to the marketplace.
- Align with regional teams on the best ways to implement global content on a smaller scale, including content translation

**Education**
- BA/BS with a major in business or marketing, or equivalent professional experience

**Experience**
- Minimum of 8 years of cumulative experience in Marketing, including Digital Channels.
- Moderate graphics design capability within Photoshop or similar program
- 8 - 10 years’ work experience in B2C or B2B customer focused digital, social media or brand marketing
- Expertise in Paid Social Media campaigns, including Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Experience with Hootsuite (or similar social media management tools), Adobe Analytics, and Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager desired

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Proven Excel skill ability in order to operate independently and provide strategic oversight against a framework of defined business objective
- Strong ability to be responsible for digital media budgets and provide insights on campaign return on investment
- Ability to interact well with a diverse group of technical and non-technical people
- Meticulous, with excellent organizational skills, strong time management, and ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Exceptional (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills. Able to present to business partners, management, and other team members on a regular basis
- Ability to travel up to 10%

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience marketing in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device industries and familiarity with regulatory environment that governs marketing such products
- Social Influencer Marketing experience involving FTC guidelines and legal agreements
- Basic video editing capabilities using Adobe Premiere or similar programmes, and proficient in digital video formats
- Experience with video publishing platforms, including YouTube, Brightcove and 3Play Media a plus
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to gather and use various data points to develop and measure marketing programs
