Working for a family run business, offering financial services to help people to reclaim overpaid taxes to HMRC, as well as having an Interior Design branch within our company.

As part of our growth plans, we are now looking for someone to help us with the day-to-day administration within the office, focusing on our financial services.

Key roles will be assisting with administration within the team. Attention to detail is essential, ensuring tasks are followed through and fully completed.

You will be expected to have office administration experience, show attention to detail, good knowledge of using Microsoft 365 package including Word, Excel and Outlook. plus excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Full training will be given to use our CRM system.

You should possess a good work ethos, be proactive and able to work independently.

This is a part-time role, based at our office in Bolton.

**Hours**: 10:00am - 2:00pm Monday through to Friday

**Salary**: £11 per hour

**Holiday entitlement**: 20 plus Bank Holidays
