Part-time Mortgage Administrator

**We have a new and fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage administrator to join an award-winning mortgage company in Bolton, on a part-time basis.** Offering around 25 hours per week, this role is ideal for those wanting to do theschool drop off and pick up, or for those looking for a shorter working week and better work/life balance and our client can offer flexibility with regard to start and finish times.
The role itself will involve providing administration support to the busy sales team and is a fast paced, varied role in which excellent communication skills and attention to detail are key. Previous administration experience gained within the mortgage sectoris essential, along with a positive, "can do" approach and in return our client can offer a competitive, pro rata starting salary of £20k plus excellent benefits and a very friendly and team focused working environment.
Please note, this is an office-based role with excellent transport links and free parking.
**Role of Part-time Mortgage Administrator**:
- Setting up client case files
- Scanning of documents and uploading to lender portals
- Recording of all information into client case files
- Answering phone calls from applicants/brokers/solicitors and re directing when required
- Proactively making calls out to clients/brokers/solicitors
- Accessing and understanding client information on various in-house systems
- Supporting the business with ad-hoc work as required
**Skills required for the role**:
- Previous mortgage industry background
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- IT literate - Excel knowledge a bonus
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to demonstrate a confident telephone manner
- A team player with a 'can do’ attitude
- Must be dependable and self-motivated
