My Thame based client is looking for an Administrator (12 Month Contract) to commence 2nd April, 2024. The role will be to provide administration support to the Finance Director, Sales Team and act as back up for the Project Administrator in their absence. You will ensure computer systems are updated. Resolve administration problems ensuring they do not reoccur and escalate issues to the Project Administrator. To be successful in this role you will have previous administration experience, be self sufficient and able to multitask with accuracy. Previous CRM system experience preferred although training will be supplied. Working hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 4pm Fridays. Salary 22.5-24K depending on experience.
