**Part-Time Administrator, 9 Month Fixed Term Contract**
Our client is looking for a maternity cover for their current Administration/Service Operations Coordinator. This role will involve supporting the Service Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day delivery of their exciting freelance services.
**Please note this role is being recruited on a Part-time (4 days a week) and 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract basis.**
**Administrator** **Responsibilities**
- Preparing and organising paperwork in paper or digitally
- Supporting Consultants
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Managing Bookings
- Managing Onboarding

**Location**
Our client is based in Thame, Oxfordshire.
This is a four-day a week role, either Tuesday - Friday, or Monday - Thursday, with hybrid working (three days a week home-working). This is a 9-month Fixed Term Contract. Standard working hours are 9am - 5pm with a pro-rata 20+ bank holidays
