Would you like to work in a small friendly team? Are you available to start work within the next couple of weeks? Have you got great attention to detail and organisational skills?

My client based in Thame, is currently looking for a Contracts Administrator to join their small and very friendly team. This role will be based within their offices, providing full administration support to their largest key accounts.

You will need to be confident liaising with clients both digitally and face to face. Experience of working with MS packages including Excel is essential.

Day to day duties will include:

- Updating customer records onto in house system
- Booking appointments
- Liaising between clients and contractors
- Dealing customer queries
- Maintaining reports
- Uploading and chasing quotations

This role is on a short term basis, with a view to become permanent and the hours will be Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
