**What will you be doing?**
- Establish vehicle availability in line with customer requests
- Arrange demonstration vehicles after qualifying the request thoroughly to maximise the sales opportunity
- Progressing outstanding orders within service level agreements
- Keep customers informed about product changes, delays, and price increases
- Arranging vehicle deliveries, preparing, and completing all relevant paperwork
- To provide support to gain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Act as point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously & efficiently and that any required actions are implemented
- Provide sales team with the necessary office and account administration services to support their sales efforts
- Prepare & analyse reports as requested
- Monitor damage to vehicles from the delivery agents & where necessary make the appropriate claims
- Provide administration cover within the department as and when required
- Prepare general correspondence as requested.
- Ensure that within their area of operation all Company procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to.
- Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the Motus Truck & Van/Mercedes-Benz experience is always delivered to all contacts.
- Specialist projects as agreed with the Manager to support the business requirements of the organisation.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Manager.

**Hours & Salary**:
Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm

Salary of £27,500 per annum plus company bonus
