**Retail and Warranty Administrator.**

Our client is the largest privately owned Renault Truck dealership in the UK with 7 depots spanning the East of England supplying the full range of New Renault and Isuzu trucks, pre-owned trucks, trailers and vans. **We are looking for a talented Retail and Warranty Administrator who can offer.**
- Proven experience in the Motor Trade within a similar role
- Ability to check claims submitted by the site, progress and submit claims.
- Able to ensure that any work undertaken meets the manufacturer's requirements and criteria for warranty claims.
- Work closely with accounts department in the reconciliation of the warranty payments and can deal with any rejected warranty claims.
- Possess excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Offer flexibility in their approach and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Possess high levels of integrity and drive to succeed.

**What we can offer**:

- Base salary starting from 28-30k dependent on experience and knowledge of the outlined area.
