**The Role**:
Reporting to the technical information and customer support lead, and technical service manager, you will be directly responsible for supporting the administration, ongoing surveillance, and controls for TDS & MSDS sheets for all base PB, WB, and SB technology - formulations, this would also include any reproduction TDS & MSDS sheets for any brands.

Supporting the administration and updating BBA quality plans and coordinating factory visits to ensure no major non-conformance. Providing technical support services and advice to contractors, and distributors, and creating system specifications and warranties in line with standard specifications.

Coordinate product complaints process through to agreed resolution, including complaint logging and completing route cause analyses (where required).

Dispatch, record, and coordinate of product colour sample book requests to contractors.

Supporting compliance across the department to promote & maintain a positive safety culture and safe working environment. Focussing on optimum output and quality levels in line with minimum downtime.

This is an administrative role, and you will be required to liaise with all relevant departments across the business in doing so you will play a very important role in the administration, and coordination of our technical information and customer support.

**Technology & Customer Support - Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**
- Support the administration of base technology - TDS & MSDS sheets
- Dispatch, record, and coordinate product samples books
- Provide technical information to customers
- Support complaints investigation
- Support BBA certification, quality plans, and site visits
- Carry out daily housekeeping to ensure standards are kept high
- Work with the technical laboratory to support with customer inquiries
- Provide holiday cover within the technical department

**Experience / Skills / Attributes Required**
- Excellent work ethic & attitude
- Good understanding of working to a process
- Ability to work to instructions and learn new tasks
- Knowledge of Safety compliance applied to working situations
- Reasonable computer literacy and be able to record & present information effectively
- Good understanding of how to provide data in graph and excel formats
- Ability to assess risk to avoid situations that may cause damage
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
