This is an exclusive opportunity to join a family run business who are based on the outskirts of Thirsk as they are expanding their existing Admin Team.

Within this role, you will be required to liaise with all relevant departments across the business in doing so you will play a very important role in the administration, and coordination of the business’ technical information and customer support.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**
- Support the administration of base technology
- Dispatch, record, and coordinate product samples books
- Provide technical information to customers
- Support complaints investigation
- Work with the technical team to support with customer inquiries
- Provide holiday cover within the technical department

**Experience / Skills / Attributes Required**
- Excellent work ethic & attitude
- Good understanding of working to a process
- Ability to work to instructions and learn new tasks
- Knowledge of Safety compliance applied to working situations
- Reasonable computer literacy and be able to record & present information effectively
- Good understanding of Excel
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Good communication skills
