**About the role**

We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join our People Team. You will be leading a small People Services Team, supporting the Director of People to develop and deliver a People Strategy.

This will mean leading on the delivery of first-class People Services across the business and developing and embedding our Business Partner Model. You will be working to ensure the alignment of People Services to the delivery of our Corporate Plan.

You will have responsibility for HR (policy, process and systems), resourcing, (recruitment, job evaluation and workforce planning), workforce information and systems and business partnering.

You will be working closely with Senior Leaders to improve leadership capability and performance; with a focus on supporting our people to be the best they can be. You will be working collaboratively as part the People Functions Senior Team developing and delivering key initiatives and strategies that ensure our tenants and staff are **at the heart of everything we do.**
