**Role Responsibilities**
The role will involve supporting the management team with general administrative duties. This will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting our Pharmacists with simple IT queries/navigation of the clinical system
- Diary management
- Answering the telephone and assisting with queries
- Preparing Company laptops to send out to Pharmacists for remote working
- Minute taking
- Supporting the Office Manager/HR Manager with delegated tasks
- Ad hoc administrative duties to meet the needs of the business
**Role Requirements**
**Essential**
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in an administrative role
- Excellent keyboard and computer skills
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Ability to work within a team and independently
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality
- Full, clean driving licence
**Desirable**
- Experience working within Primary Care/General Practice
