Key Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars and schedules
- Answer phone calls and provide assistance with inquiries
- Prepare laptops for remote pharmacists
- Take minutes during meetings
- Support the Office Manager/HR Manager with assigned tasks
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Strong administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with computer and keyboard skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Strong sense of confidentiality
