We're seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis from our office in Featherstone, West Yorkshire. The industry we work in is Signage & Graphics.
This position is ideal for someone with bookkeeping experience who enjoys a supportive work environment and contributing to a growing business.

**Part Time Book Keeper/Office Administrator**
3 Days a week
Hours: 0900-1500
Pay: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
**Part Time Book Keeper/Office Administrator** **responsibilities:
- **
- Keeping database/job files up to date.
- Managing your own diary and booking appointments for quotes and jobs.
- Chasing and sending out quotes and invoices.
- Checking supplier statements, logging job expenses and assisting with producing cash flow forecasts and other general reporting.
- Checking and producing Purchase Orders and Payment Certificates.
- Bank account reconciliation, keeping accounts updated via software such as Quick books.
- VAT returns
- Monthly payroll
- Any other account/admin ad hoc duties
**Skills & Experience Required**:
- A minimum of 2 year’s administrative/accounts experience
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Ability to use own initiative to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
- Confident and friendly telephone manner & genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
- Proactive, organised, openminded
- IT Literate.
- Flexibility and able to adapt to changing workloads and duties
Good organisation skills with attention to details
