What we are looking for:
We are looking for a professional and experienced Supply Chain Administrator.A great introduction into the world of customs and logistics, for an individual looking to start a career within supply chain. The purpose of the role is to create delivery bookings for UK/EU markets, accurate and detailed stock management of storage locations, and accurate administration within an ERP system, to aid the overall efficient running of stock operations within Hilton Food Solutions.

Key responsibilities as a Supply Chain Administrator will be to:
Creation of forward delivery bookings for inbound stock received via air and sea-freight.
Transport bookings with a network of hauliers, both groupage and full trailer loads.
Processing sales orders, creating associated delivery paperwork.
Goods receipting all in-bound deliveries within an ERP system (SAP).
Post goods issue all deliveries within 24Hrs of being physically made, to ensure timely payment against invoices.
Stock reconciliations of storage locations, to ensure accurate data management.
Liaising with global service providers.
To provide feedback to commercial teams relating to delivery schedules.
Running daily inventory reports.

Required experience/expertise to succeed as a Supply Chain Administrator will include:
Building relationships with service providers, and fellow team members.
Numerate, analytical and adept at Microsoft packages.
Experience working with SAP or a similar ERP system.
A full driving licence.
