**The Rental Division Overview**

Fleet Assist supplies vehicles to independent daily rental companies for use as rental vehicles, and garages for use as courtesy vehicles. Supplying a range of car and commercials across 15 different manufacturers, the fleet size is circa 1000 vehicles on a variety of terms and contract types.

We oversee every element of the vehicles supply from order and funding, through to the vehicles defleet/off-hire and sale where applicable. During the vehicle’s contract (Usually from 6-24 months), we also process any fines incurred by the drivers.

**About You**

You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. You will have a very good attention to detail and accuracy in data input as well as the ability to look at ways to create efficiencies where deemed suitable.

**The Role**

Processing of vehicle orders when received
- Liaise with the dealerships to arrange delivery dates and keep customers up to date
- Creating hire agreements and ensuring they are signed by the customers
- Opening & scanning post received before distributing to relevant recipients
- Processing of any fines & PCNs received on vehicles
- Arranging collection of de-fleeted vehicles & reviewing damage reports to recharge customers
- Log supplier invoices ready for management approval
