**Role Purpose**:
- To provide and facilitate automotive events for the purpose of representing Inside Track and it's customers. Events Specialists are responsible for the correct construction of equipment on stand, facilitating client needs, keeping stands and vehicle clean and presentable and being a front facing person to the public gathering leads and presenting vehicles to the public. A healthy knowledge of the automotive sector is required.
- The Event Specialists are responsible for transporting equipment from event to event. A clean driving record is required and additional CPC license is advantageous, additional rates available to CPC holders.
- This role requires you to be functional as an individual on stand but also being able to work as part of a wider team, be outgoing and confident in answering questions around products and proactive in gathering leads for client products.
**Accountabilities**:
- Ensure all events are delivered in line with the customer objectives
- To provide onsite event support to the event team, clients & Inside Track demo team
- To effectively follow outlined Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work to ensure you are operating safely.
- To work closely with Clients and Event Mangers to deliver following event briefs in a timely manner.
- To provide clear and timely communication
- To produce data capture and Event logs reports during and following events.
- Produce expense reports following events and submit in a timely manner
- To work within a team environment and support colleagues

- Onsite Events Experience would be desirable
- Commercial awareness
- Client Management & relationship building
- Travel in the UK and Ireland
- Event Management experience advantageous
- A level Education or equivalent
- University qualification - desirable
- UK travel 25 % and time away from home
- Ability to work occasional weekends and antisocial hours
- Ability to travel abroad
- Full UK Driving License Is essential
- Class 1 License would be ideal but not essential
