The role consists of, but is not restricted to, a wide variety of tasks related to Office Administration including:

- Booking in of deliveries both inward and outward by telephone.
- Processing of orders from various sources into Microsoft NAV accounts system. (Training given)
- Matching of Picking Lists to Orders and production of Delivery Notes and Invoices in an accurate and timeous manner.
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets for Container Deliveries.
- Liaising with suppliers and customers.
- Handling order and delivery queries.
- Maintaining Customer and Supplier files.
- Answering the telephone and passing the call on to the correct individual.
- Other Accounts/Admin tasks as allocated by your manager.
- Assisting the company management as and when required.

Previous experience in office administration is essential.
