Corporate Partnerships Manager

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional to join the Fundraising / Development team.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager role is an exciting, revamped position in the growing fundraising team, responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of corporate partners and corporate foundations who support the charity's work.

Position: Corporate Partnerships Manager

Location: Hybrid/Portsmouth (onsite attendance in Portsmouth 1 day per week)

Hours: 35 hours per week (part-time considered, flexible working encouraged)

**Salary**: £30,000-£34,000 per annum

Duration: Permanent

Benefits: 6% Employer pension contribution, 25 days plus public holidays paid, Cycle to work scheme

Closing Date: 5pm Friday 4 August

Interviews: 14/15 August either virtually or in the Portsmouth office

The Role

You will use your strong initiative and interpersonal skills to strategically build your portfolio of partners and will have the opportunity to establish new, long-term partnerships that contribute towards income and sustainability.

You will also be responsible for the development of work connecting corporate partners with the volunteer team, mainly focusing on Industrial Placements for graduate scheme employees/apprentices/interns and will also support the Head of Corporate Partnerships in developing a new area of funding on illness-specific camps.

You will have the opportunity to make a huge impact, delivering against ambitious targets in the highest-performing fundraising department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with corporate fundraising, account management, trusts/foundations, or partnership experience looking to step up into a role with accountability for a portfolio of partnerships and the responsibility for developing new and growing programmes such as the IP Programme and Illness-Specific Camp Funding Models.

An average week in the life of our new Corporate Partnerships Manager might include:
*A day on-site or working in-person with other locally-based colleagues; an opportunity to collaborate across departments, attend in-person meetings and connect with the wider team.
*Taking virtual and in-person meetings with new and existing partners and internal staff to discuss activation opportunities, employee fundraising events and volunteer opportunities.
*Travelling to run activities with our partners such as our setup days or visitor days, or travelling to meetings & events with our partners across the UK.

Our team works flexibly around working and personal commitments, including encouragement to manage your own diary as you see fit.

About You

As a Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will have experience of:
*Corporate or foundation fundraising, including a proven track record of securing new business
*Managing partnerships or relationships with a range of organisation types
*Working on multiple simultaneous projects with multiple deadlines
