We're seeking a talented and experienced marketing professional to join our team as an Omnichannel Marketing Manager. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated consumer marketing strategies and plans that drive growth and engagement across our ecosystem of media and channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing plans that align with our business objectives
  • Lead and coordinate the creation of omnichannel marketing campaigns, interfacing with global marketing teams and external agencies
  • Manage and coach a small team of direct reports to deliver peak performance
  • Monitor and control multimillion-pound advertising and promotional spend
  • Collaborate with internal teams and global HQ to ensure marketing toolkit, partnerships, and content support local marketing efforts
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in integrated marketing, with a strong understanding of paid and social media, PR, digital ads, performance marketing, marketing mix modeling, influencer marketing, events, brand partnerships, content, and sampling
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple agencies and stakeholders
  • Fluency in the full Microsoft 365 suite, digital marketing tools, and platforms, CRM, retailer, and analytical tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate activity and success
  • Experience of managing and inspiring a small team of direct reports to deliver peak performance

We operate a flexible, hybrid working model, with three days at our office, client sites, or warehouses and two at home. You should live within commuting distance, and since you'll travel regularly, you must have a driver's licence. This role will require frequent travel to London to manage and engage with agencies.
