**Part-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant**
A well-established independent firm of Chartered Accountants providing business and personal accountancy services to clients in Scotland and the north of England require a part-time receptionist/admin assistant to provide assistance to the existing team.
**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of working within an office environment is essential
- Must be proficient in the use of Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
- A friendly and enthusiastic personality
**What will you do?**
- Welcome and assist clients
- Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
- General clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, typing and mailing
- Handle requests for information and data
- Compiling information from various external sources for use in other departments
- Maintain the reception area
**Job Offer**
- Salary negotiable depending on qualifications/experience and skillset
- The position is part-time, although additional hours may be available (17.5 hours per week; 2 full days and one half day)
- Experience of working within an accountancy firm or similar would be beneficial
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
