**Job description**
A leading autism charity that supports individuals with autismto live their lives with dignity, choice and is looking for Autism Support Workers and Senior Autism Support Worker Practitioners in Worksop.
Their support is 24/7 for the individuals and therefore, they have a range of flexible working patterns available.
**About the service**
Six newly refurbished, self-contained apartments, the service on Sparken Hill in Worksop is designed to promote independence through a person centred focus giving the individuals an environment they need to thrive.
Their respite apartments are aimed towards those individuals looking for a little time away from their home to relax and their innovative support through their Autism Support Workers to learn new skills in a safe environment.
There is also a focus for the other apartments to deliver support to individuals who might otherwise be admitted to hospital who aspire to independent living and through support of Autism Support Workers and Senior Support Workers are encouraged to maintaintheir independence and helping them plan their next step in life.
For Autism Support Worker, they want to hear about your values and how you would put them in to practice.
The Autism Support Worker will provide professional, flexible support for adults and young people with autism spectrum conditions. Promoting the development of an individual’s full potential by supporting them to live as independently as possible at home, duringday provision, and, whilst in their local communities.
