Gretna Green Limited are looking for an outgoing personality for the role of a full time Wedding Sales Coordinator within the Wedding Sales Team. With over 80 years of experience in Weddings, our Wedding Sales Team help over 3,500 couples marry every year as we are Scotland’s most famous wedding venue, where couples have fled to join their lives together since 1754. We currently have 8 wedding venues and two hotels to accommodate different size of weddings and looking for an individual to become part of our ongoing story and join us to help couples become part of the unbroken thread of romantic history.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Answer/respond to customers’ enquiries
- Advice on different wedding options and offers
- Follow up with any clients’ queries and questions
- Confirm bookings using Reslynx booking system
- Meet the daily sales targets
- Any additional administration duties
- Support the business wedding open weekends

**Required Skills include**:

- Proven track record in Sales
- The drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience in hospitality, in particular weddings
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Customer Service focused
- Effective communication to understand customers’ requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Team Player
- Proactive and forward thinking
- Problem solving
- Preference would be to have a knowledge of hotel booking systems in particular Reslynx

**Benefits and Remuneration**

**Location**:Gretna Green - on-site (This role is not available as hybrid or remote)

**Holidays**:Up to 30 days holiday per annum based on full-time - part-time colleagues calculated pro-rata

**Rate of pay**:Competitive, depending on experience

**Hours**:40 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7. Shifts times can vary from 8.30am - 5pm, 9am - 5.30pm and 11.30am - 8pm.
