Realise is proud to be working exclusively with Gretna Green Ltd. Together, we're looking for a new HR Coordinator to help deliver a great HR service for the business. This includes transactional and operational HR across the employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, RTW, L&D, HR System management and more.

**Responsibilities include**:
**Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Manage the recruitment process end-to-end (advert to onboard)
- Manage and coordinate all new starter paperwork including Right to Work

**First line HR Support**:

- Provide first line hr support to colleagues and managers in accordance with the HR policy
- Empower managers through coaching and guidance

**Training & Development**:

- Helping with coordination of training plans across the business
- Maintain accurate records in respect of training and compliance

**Engagement and Communication**:

- Support with employee engagement and internal comms
- Assess and utilise new ways to engage with colleagues across the business

**About you**:
We're looking for a credible HR pro who is looking to take that next step in their career. This may suit a HR Assistant/Administrator who is amibitious, proactive and looking to develop as part of a well recognised business. We're looking for a great communicator, someone who is vibrant and passionate, with a knack for de-escalating situations with great communication.
