At East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) we are currently embarking on a new programme of work which is the Clinical Services Integration Programme (CSIP), this programme focuses on a number specialities across the Trust.

The purpose of this is to collaboratively develop high quality and safe care which is equitable across the Trust’s populations.

The primary objective of the role is to manage and deliver a range of Clinical Service Integration Programme Transformation projects across East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) and the wider health and social care system.

This will include designing and delivering projects in collaboration with senior clinical staff members in accordance with ESNEFT and wider system and alliance strategies. The role will work across both Colchester and Ipswich Hospital locations.

22.50 hours per week - 6 Month Fixed Term
- To ensure that the Clinical Service Integration Programme Transformation projects are planned and managed effectively and ensure safe and seamless integration with other existing processes and service
- To engage with colleagues across all parts of the Trust and wider system, bringing together expertise, skills and ideas to maximise patient outcomes and ambitions of the Clinical Services Integration Programm
- To support and where appropriate, deputise for the Senior Transformation Lead
- To promote and support a culture of quality improvement within the Trust
