At Fred. Olsen, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Transformation Lead to spearhead our digital revolution. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies and digital trends to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess existing processes and identify opportunities for digital optimisation, automation, and integration.
- Design and implement digital initiatives that enhance customer experiences, increase operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital projects on time, within budget, and in line with quality standards.
- Responsible for the management and delivery of digital projects both individually and part of the wider systems project team ensuring that they are delivered on time, budget and within scope.
- Measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement across the group companies.
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and consultants to leverage their expertise and resources in executing digital transformation projects.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to digital transformation, and provide recommendations for their adoption.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital initiatives, including training programs, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration).
- Qualification in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of delivering digital projects on time and within budget.
- Proven experience (5 years) as a Digital Transformation Lead or in a similar role, leading digital transformation initiatives within a complex organisation.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, internet of things (IoT), and automation.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to align technology initiatives with organisational goals and strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, including the ability to prioritise initiatives, manage budgets, and deliver results within deadlines.
- Track record of successfully implementing digital solutions and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Change management experience, including the ability to navigate and overcome resistance to change.
