Customer Experience Transformation Lead

About the Position
This is a demanding yet fulfilling opportunity for a skilled CX consultant to lead CX transformation initiatives, develop and implement CX strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and enhancing our reputation as a trusted partner in the industry.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, develop, and implement CX strategies aligned with business objectives
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to improve CX, leveraging your technical expertise and analytical skills
• Manage the implementation of CX tools, CRM systems, and customer journey mapping software
• Provide expert guidance on CX design, development, and deployment
• Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring successful CX solution implementations and ongoing partnerships
Compensation Package
