We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to help maintain our outstanding levels of service for both our trade and retail customers, and to manage a number of administrative tasks. **Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls and written queries over a multitude of channels
- Liaison with sales agents
- Process orders, payments and other administrative tasks
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Process sales leads

- Competent in MS system (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)

This is a Full-time permanent position. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8:30-17:00 and Fridays 8:30 - 13:00

Please note this position is 100% office based from our Llandow studio

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
