As a Rental Sales Advisor, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional service to our esteemed clients, guiding them to the ideal rental solution tailored to their needs.

Vale Car & Van Rental is a locally owned car and van hire company catering to South Wales and The Southwest regions of the UK. From saloons, sports and small car solutions to specialised commercial vehicles including small, medium and large vans, Tippers, Dropsides, 9-seater MPVs, and 4x4s, we provide a comprehensive selection of new and well-maintained vehicles for business and private use.

**Key Duties**:

- Welcome and assist customers courteously and professionally
- Attentively understand customer requirements and suggest suitable rental options
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and manage necessary documentation for optimal rental conditions
- Efficiently handle reservations, rental agreements, and payments with accuracy
- Provide clear explanations of rental terms, conditions, and insurance coverage
- Recommend additional services to enhance customers' rental experience
- Address customer queries or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the rental team to manage fleet availability and upkeep
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
- Manage existing contracts and invoicing processes

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer literacy
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid and clean UK driving license

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £9.34-£11.88 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
