**Flying Futures is recruiting a Health & Wellbeing Officer to form part of a hands-on team which will support the delivery and implementation of all Flying Futures projects working in the community and across projects with young people and residents.**

**The role will be at the forefront of our delivery having real purpose in the projects delivered to directly benefit the community and service users of our programmes.**

**The post holder will work in tandem with the delivery team to promote wellbeing, welfare and wellbeing to service users.**

**You will work closely with like-minded individuals within this role to contribute to the successful delivery of our projects in the community, develop your skills and qualifications**

**This position is entry level and will provide training and wrap around support to succeed in the role**

here are no requirements for the post holder to hold any pre-existing qualifications or experience for the role as full training, enrichment and wrap-around support will be provided to the post holder.

The post holder must be within between 18 - 24 years of ages

UK Year of Service placements offer paid work that pays back.

**Delivery responsibilities**
- Support the Safeguarding Lead to ensure promotion of Health & Wellbeing across all provision
- Support the delivery of face to face programmes liaising directly with service users to enable positive experiences and outcomes
- Work closely with the Safeguarding Lead to implement ideas and initiatives to ensure an inclusive environment for all
- Complete administrative tasks as determined by each project
- Data input and collection
- Attend training and enriching events to develop skills and experience relevant to the role
- Continuously promote inclusivity
