Job Title: Support Worker

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a male service user with autism, schizophrenia, and challenging behaviors in his own home.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the service user to maximize his independence and promote his quality of life
* Provide community support, including accompanying him to town, the park, and his favorite bakery
* Engage in indoor activities, such as playing video games and promoting life skills, such as cooking, washing, and maintaining his home

**Requirements:**

* Ability to attend The Management of Actual or Potential Aggression (MAPA) training provided by Sugarman Health & Wellbeing
* Enthusiasm to learn and experience new things
* Willingness to support the service user's goals and aspirations
* Ability to work in the UK and provide necessary documentation
* Full enhanced DBS and up-to-date CV
