We are looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join our incredibly successful team at our office in **Crewe** to assist our consultants in managing contractors.

**About The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our payroll team as a Payroll Administrator at Vital Human resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Chasing up orders and timesheets
- Planning workers shifts on a bespoke system
- Assisting with purchasing, post, booking hotels etc
- Liaising with various internal and external departments
- Ad Hoc Admin duties
- Dealing with high volume of data
- Working knowledge of payroll software
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Qualification**:

- GCSEs or their equivalent, including maths and English
