**Reporting to: Group Finance Manager**

**The Role**:
Are you currently working within a fast paced payroll department? Do you love the buzz of a busy finance department who all share the same goal? At Ryman we have a rare opportunity to join our Payroll team.

This role will support the whole group and give you exposure to multiple brands.

**What will you do?**
- Input data onto a computer system in relation to new employees, current employees and those leaving the company
- To keep accurate digital records
- Deal with telephone queries, from employees and government departments
- To assist in year-end documentation
- To deal with miscellaneous correspondence in relation to payment of salaries
- To provide statistical and analytical information in relation to payroll as and when required
- To carry out any other duties that may arise in the Payroll Department
- Processing of statutory payments, pensions & timesheets

Henry J Ryman, founder of Ryman, opened his first store in London at Great Portland Street in 1893, and there is still a store there today. Ryman is part of Theo Paphitis Retail Group, which comprises Ryman, Robert Dyas, Boux Avenue and the London Graphic Centre.
