Overview:

- To answer incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner & to transfer calls.
- To take referrals for people interested in our courses
- To make outgoing telephone calls.
- To print company enrolment paperwork ensuring stock availability.
- To print tutor packs ensuring stock availability.
- To carry out general administrative duties within departments
- General data entry onto registers and our systems
- To support with enrolments of learners onto our training courses
- To maintain stationery stock levels and ensure secure storage
- To order stationery.
- To carry out filing.
- Any other duties to meet the needs of the business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist, admin or similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
