Game developers and distribution channels are our best friends We help them generate more revenue from games by expanding reach and distribution. **ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this hands-on, team management role, you will be responsible for scaling the growth and adoption of Flexion’s game services and solutions, focused on the world’s top mobile game developers and publishers.
You need to have proven success in delivering results and strong evidence of implementing and establishing sales pipelines preferably within the mobile industry.
You’ll also be the voice of the customer to our internal teams helping to define our product and operations strategies.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Design, implement and execute a comprehensive sales growth strategy to deliver Flexion’s revenue targets
- Build, Grow and Lead the sales team towards over achieving their revenue goals.
- Establish long-term executive level partnerships with our key customers and prospects
- Work internally to deliver revenue generating solutions for our existing and prospective customers
- Establish internal visibility of the sales pipeline status

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- 3+ years of experience in a hands-on sales leadership role ideally in the mobile games industry
- Successful and demonstrable track record of building local and remote sales teams and exceeding both individual and team sales targets
- Have a solid understanding of software solution and service sales in areas such as game distribution, analytics, advertising, payments, performance marketing or similar.
- Ability to deal with technical services and interact with the typical decision makers within mobile game studios and business development teams
- Comfortable with a fast changing industry landscape

**PREFERRED**
- You will already be working with and leading direct sales efforts to the Top 100 grossing mobile games companies globally
- Solid network within the global mobile games market
- Business English Proficiency
