**Job summary**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the Neurology department as a Patient Pathway Coordinator. The role will require you to work closely with the RTT Performance team, liaising with clinicians, reviewing patient health records and cross referencing clinic letters to ensure patient tracking notes are accurate and up to date.

**Main duties, tasks & skills required**:
We are looking an for individual who can work independently and as part of a team, with good interpersonal and communication skills. The post holder will be expected to ensure the provision of accurate and high quality information to support the tracking of patient pathways and treatments.

**Essential**:
Good General Education (eg. GCSE English and Maths A-C GCSE LEVEL 9-4

Business Administration NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in an Administrative environment

**Experience**:

Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience

Experience of working in a Secretarial/Administrative role with a proven track record of problem solving

Experience of dealing with the Public/Customer service experience

Good Organisational skills

Able to use own initiative and deal with the unpredictable

Able to work under pressure and to multi-task

Able to work to deadlines
