Inventory & Data Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory & Data Administrator to join our team. As Inventory & Data Administrator you will coordinate the flow of inventory through the production area within the ERP system to drive optimal inventory accuracy, achieved through the movement of slow moving & obsolete inventory (SLOB’s), development of product formulas and routes, and coordinating the dispensation process.
This role is being offered on a 18 month fixed term contract.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and develop ERP system formulas and routes associated with the relevant business area products by analysing performance data to drive continuous improvement of inventory and manufacturing accounting accuracy.
- Provide recommendations for non-conforming product and dispensation processes.
- Analyse, interpret and propose specification enhancements to improve the flow of material through the relevant production area, contributing to our ‘customer on time in full’ measure.
- Contribute to the development of plant process conditions and process
verification frameworks and procedures, to improve record keeping, repeatability and reliability into the manufacturing process to drive standardisation and continuous improvement of product quality.
- Drive plant inventory accuracy through periodic stock checks, analysis and stock adjustments for corrections as required, whilst investigating root causes and driving continuous improvement on stock inaccuracy.
- Conduct regular health management reviews on local slow moving or obsolete inventory across the production area, minimising unavailable stock whilst contributing to the development of manufacturing production plans to consume on a first-in-first-out basis to minimise cost.
- Stock control management / manage product flow.
**About You**:
We are looking for someone with outstanding communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within diverse team environments. You will have excellent computer literacy skills, to include the Microsoft suite and preferably ERP systems; preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX. Along with demonstrable experience of data manipulation and integration, problem solving, continuous improvement and IBP knowledge.
