As HR office you will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for the entire company, ensuring the accurately administration and filing, legal compliance, effective and efficient recruitment as well as dealing with all personnel issues which may arise. You will be adaptable to the different circumstances encountered, be able to work autonomously and be empathetic in your style. You will be up to date with employment legislation and able to use this knowledge to contribute to ensuring our policies remain compliant and represent best practice.
Tasks will include;
- Manage independently full recruitment cycle.
- Track record delivering solutions that drive diversity.
- Display excellent interviewing skills with a keen ability to screen for both role-specific and cultural fit qualities.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative and reliability
- Create job descriptions and advertise jobs on the relevant external websites.
- Monitoring the HR inbox and maintaining the employee database and filing system
- Co-ordinating and managing the new joiner and leaver processes
- Preparing contracts, HR letters and other documentation
- Delivering HR inductions when required and assist in the onboarding process
- Organising and advising on return-to-work interviews when appropriate
- Producing absence reports and other information required for the monthly payroll process
- Assisting and advising on capability and disciplinary processes as required
- Handling formal grievance and disciplinary processes and appeals.
- Delivery and development of training programmes as required.
- Participation in the development of new policies and procedures ensuring that all policies reflect the latest employment legislation.
- Liaise with company Directors to accurately measure recruitment needs, staff turnover, employee engagement and productivity. communicated accurately to the managers.
- Administrate the human resources management platforms.
- Collate and manage existing HR records and maintain accurate and up to date employee data in line with company requirements.
- Detail-oriented and the ability to provide high levels of accuracy in all work.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent customer/client service skills.
- Proven ability to work well as a member of a team, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Experience in Human Resources/ Recruitment/ Learning.
- Must demonstrate great staff sourcing skills.
- Must demonstrate great ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills - ability to build relationships and credibility with all stakeholders and employees.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexibly, prioritise conflicting workload, think ahead, anticipate problems, and provide solutions.
- Integrity - ability to act with high levels of confidentiality, tact, and discretion.
**In addition, you will need the following to be considered**:
- Three to five years HR management experience (Degree/CIPD Level 5 Qualified)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- An expertise of HR best practices and employment law regulations
- A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 18 months
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
