Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a legal secretary
The role involves supporting and assisting solicitors on a varied Private Client caseload, including Wills, Probate, LPAs and all aspects of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Audio and copy typing
- Organise and maintain legal files and documents
- Obtaining and completing documents
- Making appointments for clients in person or by telephone
- Receiving/making telephone calls from clients, lenders etc
- General administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

We are looking for:
- Excellent typing skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Case Management Software
- Excellent Customer Services skills
- Ability to form good relationships with clients and colleagues and to work as part of an effective team
- Previous secretarial experience preferred
20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. 1 extra day for every 2 years completed at the firm maximum 25 days.
Hours: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) 1 hour lunch
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £18,500.00-£22,500.00 per year
