About The Role***

Reporting to the Senior Regional Manager (SRM) you will be responsible for supporting the Operational Management Team for the HMCTS Security contract with administration, data accuracy and reporting.

**This position is being on a fixed term basis of 6 months.**

**Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role**:

- To administer documentation, operational reports, operational trackers and HR documentation.
- Collating and submitting applicants documentation in accordance with vetting to BS7858 for new starters.
- Notetaking for HR meetings with a high level of accuracy.
- Minuting regional and team meetings, distributing and following up on required action points.
- To support the Operations Team in relation to administration matters.
- Daily review of Power BI data, challenging inaccuracies and liaising with supporting departments to ensure client KPI reports are accurate.
- Tracking and analysing KPI non compliance, identifying trends and trending causes.
- Daily update of Building Intruder Alarm activation report.
- Utilising Timegate and available financial reports to ensure 100% adherence to contractual hours.
- Supporting the SRM in the producing of the Regional and National Performance Review Reports.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for Operational managers.
- Arranging and coordinating attendance of contractual and statutory training courses.

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Educated to GCSE Level, or relevant experience.**Essential Skills**:

- Highly organised, confident and competent in MS Office Suite including intermediate to advanced excel skills, intermediate powerpoint and word skills as you will be producing and maintaining various types of documents and libraries of information, maintaining strict document and version control.
- Experience of note taking to a high level of accuracy.
- Proven experience in producing statistical and Operational reports.
- Experience in HR case administration alongside awareness of the Security Industry and associated Standards would be **highly advantageous**, including BS7499 (static guarding security) and BS7858 (screening of individuals working in a secure environment).
