Job Title: Pricing Administrator

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize Simpro software for estimating and placing works accurately.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to gather necessary information for pricing and project coordination.
- Assist in preparing and submitting quotations and tenders.
- Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring they align with estimates.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the office manager to maintain efficient office operations.
- Report directly to the director on project progress and financial matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in a similar role within the construction industry. (preferred)
- Proficiency in Simpro software or similar project management software.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
