- **Role Accountabilities**:_

1. Assist in the daily & weekly tasks to a controlled timetable, (includes WMS orders/Norish Submissions).

2. Sales order Processing (Processing customers orders, dealing with queries).

3. Auto creation of daily production plan (Customer checks, validation of data created.

4. Collation of customer order information relating

5. Assist in the Maintenance of Customer Excel Templates (eg New Business/Menu Changes/Price updates).

6. Ensure customer service is maintained, communication within departments is handled sufficiently to ensure customers orders are serviced correctly.

7. Adopt safe working practices in line with current company procedures and to undertake appropriate training in Health and Safety and Food Safety.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

**Salary**: Up to £20,500.00 per year
