Sales Support Administrator

**The Role**
We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our Sales Team
The position will be full time and based at our Colchester Studios. This roles requires a competent applicant who is organised and can multitask supporting the sales team with administrative duties.
**Responsibilities**
- End of month evidencing
- Sending relevant documentation to the client
- Maintaining monthly trackers
- Uploading files to a cloud system
- Uploading new quotes and bids on behalf of sales team
- Arranging and diarising internal and external calls
**Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and teams is essential
- Attention to detail, good organisation skills, ability to multitask and telephone manner essential
- Previous experience in a similar sales support or administrative role, preferably within the media or a related or similar industry but not essential
Languages would be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
