**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer expectations
- Process orders efficiently
- Make the most of existing accounts
- Handle customer stocks
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchasing, and Logistics
- Get supplier quotes
- Bargain effectively and provide great service
- Find new account opportunities
- Organize customer tasks
- Support colleagues during their absence

**Requirements**:

- Always on time
- Knows basic IT (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Deals well with pressure and change
- Understands the importance of profit
