We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely technical support to our managers and efficiently managing information, data, and systems. Working closely with the Performance and Asset Management Group, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of data management systems and key performance data.

**Key responsibilities**
- Delivering accurate and timely technical support to managers.
- Efficiently managing information, data, and systems.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of data management systems and key performance data.
- Developing and maintaining internal relationships to ensure smooth information flow and meet agreed targets.
- Engaging in continuous professional development to meet regulatory requirements and personal development needs.
- Coordinating meetings, arranging venues, and maintaining high-quality meeting records.
- Preparing reports and drafting general documents and correspondence.
- Monitoring KPI data across all contracts following the completion of work on Council properties.

**Essential Criteria**
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy in work.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
