We are currently seeking applicants for the role of **Service Coordinator** to support our European field service team.
As **Service Coordinator** you will be one of two people, responsible for the scheduling of our team of Field Service Engineers, planning, organising, and prioritising their work. Consideration must be given to both the customer and engineers geographical location, engineers’ skills, and availability. You will also be responsible for maintaining our customer and equipment database, invoicing work on completion.
Your work will involve:
- Handling incoming enquires and requests from our customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinating service work, ensuring it is conducted within a given timescale.
- Opening and closing work orders as well as invoicing customers for work carried out.
- Handling back-office administration, keeping our asset management system updated.
- Handling and resolving any customer complaints.
- Experience as an office-based coordinator of teams of service engineers.
- Professional phone manner with exemplary customer service skills.
- Able to communicate with a diverse group of customers and colleagues.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Italian or Spanish as a second language would be an advantage.
- Great organisational skills, thorough and structured with an eye for detail.
- Able to multitask and follow a process.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- IT literate, a knowledge of Salesforce/ServiceMax would be advantageous.
