IT Support Expert

About the Role

Norgine is seeking a highly skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-line support on all aspects of our IT infrastructure and daily business-as-usual operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with our site Head of IT and be responsible for infrastructure IT service delivery, application support, and overall support to ensure maximum uptime. You will also be expected to build effective relationships with colleagues and the business to ensure effective IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• 
  
• 1-2 years of IT experience
  
• Good understanding of IT technologies such as networking, servers, desktop, and ad-hoc application support
  
• Ability to convey complex technical points without jargon and in plain English
  
• Customer-focused
  
• Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills
  
• Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritizing skills
