**Job title**: Estates - Administrator

**Hourly Rate**: £12.00 per hour

**Working Hours**: Fixed working hours (24hrs) over 5 days

Mon - Thursday 9.30am - 2.30pm

Friday 9.30am - 1.30pm

**Reports to**: Estates Co-ordinator

**Responsible to**: Group Estates Director

**Location**: Regional Offices - Tredomen Business Park, Hengoed, CF82 7FQ

**The role**

To provide a role of administrative duties to the Estates Team. To maintain effective administration of manual and computer-based information systems including and specifically the use of Evident System, Financial Operations System, Sharepoint Drive and to handle queries relating to data entry in timely and professional manner.
