**Training Facilitator for busy UK wide, coaching & events company**
If you are looking for a fun, rewarding and fast paced environment where you can attend events nationally and locally, but spend most of your time serving and coaching clients through our various programmes to help them get the most from their coaching, then this is for you
Your role will be to assist 100+ clients in the B2B sector, based throughout the UK, at physical events and online learn, develop and take action to progress and develop their business (we are business and marketing optimisation coaches)
You will need to love working with people, helping the take the step to improve their businesses outlook and support them through the process, through seeking newer upgraded opportunities for them and the right product level.
Our organisation is vibrant and fast-paced, having ever increasing growth (even during lockdowns when we pivoted to digital events). We need some assistance now, someone to join our team to assist the coaching team with delivering more

To drive our continued success, we need a great **Training Facilitator**
who needs to be an awesome communicator, be totally success driven person and hugely positive, with an ability to motivate people to take action for success.
You will need to be an energetic, enthusiastic and capable person with a real zest for helping and serving people
Collectively we have already assisted agents in the UK add over £40million in additional revenue and this is our primarily goal for our customers, progressing them through our unique and powerful customer journey and through the various levels of coaching to achieve the best they can from their business.
**The Role**
Responsibilities include.
**Key Role Goals**
- Nurture our customers through the various programmes
- To manage the weekly coaching pods
- To attend all our events as a coach and mentor
- To help clients identify areas they need to improve through our structured programme
- Co-ordinate and assist clients to set goals and achieve the targets set
- Track Attendance and success
- Be their point of contact and keep communicating
- Identify coaching needs and attain
- Help them navigate online programmes and support available
- Keep the Dropbox up to date
- Make sure our sponsors get the value they deserve
- Keep them in the loop of events and opportunities for promotion and extract value for them
- Refer to them from our membership when opportunities arise
**Coaching Experience**
- Your will have served some time in a customer service environment
- You LOVE to help and serve people and can demonstrate this
- You are reliable and conscientious and courteous but also firm
- You understand the importance of getting back to people and keeping others in the loop
**External Travel/events**
- Attend all our coaching events (online and offline)
- Facilitate chats and delegates at events and online
- Be presentable at all times and friendly and happy
As a member of an A-grade sales organisation that specialises in excellence, you will be working directly with the directors and coaches, this means you should have a "can do" attitude, should have strong interpersonal skills both face to face and by telephone, be articulate and naturally enthusiastic, helpful, and be capable of following a process accurately where necessary or thinking on your feet and therefore having the personal ability to take control where needed. Your strengths must include organisational skills and the most important attribute is the ability to work with high levels of communication amongst a diverse team of experts and high-level players.
This is an office-based role but events will be in the Midlands and London, therefore travel will be essential for events and some element of office work
There is an opportunity for foreign travel with this role but not essential.
The salary package will be geared to your previous experience and successes, plus your ability to demonstrate the skills we need. You will be judged primarily on your previous record and communications skills and character being suited to working in our organisation.
