Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Liaise with key members of the team to inform planning and ensure seamless execution.">
  • Support learners in educational and pastoral activities, promoting progression into independent learning and further training opportunities.">
  • Assess adult learners that require support, providing guidance and support to SSW and specialist SSW.">
  • Work as a team with other SSW's to provide effective support, following direction from the tutor and sharing best practice to help students achieve and progress.">
